• Share access with unauthorized users
• Attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or hack the Application
• Use the Application to collect or harvest data for external use

3. Google Services Integration

The Application integrates with Google Services. Your use of Google Services through the Application is subject to Google's Terms of Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application, including all content and code, is the property of Filevine and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

Filevine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Application.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Filevine operates.
